If I were God, instead of pronouncing another "let there be light dictum" I will proclaim "let there be sense".

For real. Like sense - S.E.N.S.E . people f****** need sense in this country.
All over the world the military are held in high esteem and well regarded as the core institution for maintenance of territorial integrity. Like anything else synonymous to Nigeria. This ideal has been turned on it head.

Somebody steal goats the military will be called, court will give injunction rather than the police carrying out it duties on civil and criminal cases. The army will start racing to the house of the suspect.

It's 20 exhausting years since formal return to democracy. Yet, on every major national/ democratic issue the military will issue a long statement. On election matter they will talk,on kidnapping they will fume, on rape and banditry they will issue press statements.

Can't you just act with prestige and leave the domestic gutter job to the police?
